Carolina Hills at Meadowbrook

Carolina Hills at Meadowbrook is a new master planned residential community, surrounding the existing Meadowbrook Golf Club in Polk County, North Carolina. It is being developed by The Deck family that built, owns, and operates Meadowbrook Golf Club. Our professional team includes internationally acclaimed Golf Course Architect, Rick Robbins.

Over the past century, our family has nurtured the traditions and values that make this beautiful corner of the Carolinas so special. Nestled among the hills and near the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains, this land has special meaning for us. It began as the family farm over a century ago, and later was transformed in 1963 into Meadowbrook Golf Club.

Now our family, led by Paul Deck and William Deck, begin Phase 1 of Carolina Hills at Meadowbrook, a restful retreat from today’s world and a stirring mix of scenic beauty that has a true sense of community combined with an activity-centered lifestyle that will appeal to your entire family. We believe the mix of planned amenities and social opportunities will offer something to every member of your family.

Our mid-priced community will consist of a total of 516 acres with 260 acres of greenbelt. Home sites in Phase 1 will grace Jacobs Ridge overlooking the golf course, woodlands, and mountains. There will be a variety of Patio Homes clustered along the new 10th hole in Calvert Commons.

Plans are under way for our new Golf Clubhouse, and amenities for residents will include walking trails, parks and nature areas, tennis, swimming and fitness. Golf memberships will also be available.
