Caro Mi

The Caro-Mi Dining Room is located in the heart of Pacolet Valley, two miles west of Tryon on Highway 176.

Caro-Mi is open year-round, Wednesday through Saturday beginning daily at 5 p.m.

Owned and operated by Charles and Annette Stafford, The Caro-Mi Dining Room specializes in "The Ham What Am", our authentic Carolina Country Ham. Our other specialties include pan fried trout, golden fried spring chicken and our chef's specialty, Pan Sautéed Chicken Livers.
